my top up valve 4 my boiler 2 pressurise the system has stuck despite my attempts 2 bang it and vibrate it free this has been unsuccessful i have sprayed it with a release spray no good. how much can i expect 2 be charged by a plumber 2 change it?

That depends if you just change the cold water side, about £80, if you change the non return valve side too, then a drain down is required, and your inhibitor will need to be replenished, then about £180.
Depends where you live. In Ct. its apx. $110 per hour plus parts.
about £100 it’s a 1 hour job.
